Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
Butter 480 g
Sugar 240 g
Brown sugar 360 g
Eggs (3 pcs)
Vanilla 10 ml/2 t
Salt 2 t (iodized) APF 600 g
Baking soda 1 t Nuts

Procedure:
1. Cream the butter and add sugar gradually.
2. Add eggs, one at a time. add vanilla
3. Stir the salt, flour, baking soda and add to the creamed mixture, gradually
4. Stir in the nuts and the chocolate chips
5. Portion dough using a #20 scoop onto a paper lined sheet pan and bake at
350°F (180°C) until the cookies are golden brown and cooked through. (approx.
10- 12 minutes.)
Butter Scotch

INGREDIENTS:
All Purpose Flour 3 C
Brown sugar 2 C
Whole eggs 4 pcs.
Butter 1 bar
Glucose 1/3 C
Baking powder 1 T
Nuts, toppings 1/4 C
Vanilla 1 T
Brandy 2 T

PROCEDURE:
1. Prepare the needed materials and ingredients
2. Sift flour and baking powder. Set aside.
3. In a pan, melt the butter. Let it cool
4. Lined the pan, with parchment paper
5. Once the butter is cooled, cream the sugar. add gradually
6. add eggs one at a time
7. add the glucose
8.add flour mixture gradually until it is thoroughly blended.
9. Pour on a lined pan
10. Sprinkle nuts on top bake at moderate temperature.
