Please know that on October 8, 2021, Mr. Hisham acknowledged receipt of the submitted documents via call and
viber messages thru 0917 154 5488, During the call Mr. Hashim advised that he will inform us if original copies of
invoices and books of accounts are needed to be presented or to be examined at Allergan office business address,
however he failed to Inform us. Further, item no. 40 in the checklist requirements is written as “Please have the
following ready for examinations” and this was not clarified by Mr. Hashim during the call.
(On Thursday, October 21, 2021 a follow-up call was made to Mr. Hisham to clarify the letter in the above subject
and only responded he will check and advise. He then replied via text to send the original documents at BIR office.
