ARDCI Prime Security Services (APSS), Inc. (the “Company”) was incorporated in the Philippines
and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on February 15, 2017. The
Company is engaged primarily in the provision of private security services. The Company was
granted by the Philippine National Police with temporary license to operate on August 21, 2019
under PSA-05-00644-2019 valid until May 31, 2021 and renewed on June 16, 2021 under PSA-T-
05-01710-2021 valid until May 31, 2023 unless sooner terminated.
