EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Central to my role was the meticulous management of attendance records and work-from-home
(WFH) timesheets. In an era where remote work has become increasingly prevalent, ensuring
accurate records of employee work hours is vital for payroll management and overall
organizational transparency. This responsibility honed my attention to detail and organizational
skills, equipping me with essential competencies for future HR roles.
Organizing meetings and events constituted another integral aspect of my role. Utilizing tools
such as Google Calendar, I scheduled meetings and ensured that all stakeholders were well-
informed and prepared. Evaluating Key Result Areas (KRAs) scores provided insights into

employee performance, facilitating informed decision-making, and fostering a culture of
accountability within the organization. Additionally, maintaining comprehensive minutes of
meetings ensured that discussions and action items were documented for future reference,
enhancing organizational efficiency and transparency.
Client satisfaction is paramount in the field of public relations, and I actively contributed to
this endeavour by conducting client satisfaction surveys. Gathering feedback enabled us to
continually refine and improve our services, thereby enhancing client retention and loyalty.
Additionally, preparing probation status reports for employees facilitated timely evaluations
and interventions, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization.
One of the highlights of my internship was the opportunity to receive training on FactoHR
Payroll software. This immersive experience equipped me with practical skills in payroll
management, bolstering my technical proficiency and expanding my repertoire of HRIS tools.
Moreover, the collaborative environment at Brand-comm Public Relations fostered a culture
of learning and innovation. I had the privilege of working alongside seasoned professionals
who generously shared their expertise and insights, further enriching my learning experience.
