URAP

COCONUT OF URAP INGREDIENTS

• Grated young coconut

• Sufficient shrimp paste

• Salt

• Cayenne pepper (can be adjusted to the level of spiciness)

• 7 chilies

• 6 cloves of garlic

• 3 medium sized galangal

• Brown sugar (to taste)

VEGETABLE

• Cassava leaves

• Papaya leaves

• Long beans

• Bean sprouts

• Cabbage

WAYS OF MAKING

1. Boil all the vegetables until cooked by adding approximately ¼ spoonful of salt so that

the vegetables remain green

2. Blend all the ingredients and stir together with the grated young coconut, adjust the taste

then wrap in banana leaves then steam for approximately 15 minutes


3. After removing the coconut, mix the coconut seasoning with the previously boiled

vegetables, stir until evenly coated, ready to serve.
