Motion To Revoke
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
COMES NOW the District Attorney who prosecutes for and on behalf of the State of
Mississippi, and hereby petitions the Court to adjudicate and sentence DAVEON LINDSEY, the
Defendant referenced above, and in accordance with the law, and as grounds therefore would show
1. That the Defendant, DAVEON LINDSEY, pled guilty on the 18th day of January 2024, in
Building other than a Dwelling and the Court accepted the Defendant’s plea of guilty but
withheld adjudication per its Order Setting Aside Judgment of Conviction and Order
herein on or about January 23, 2024, whereby the Defendant was to complete Five (5) years
supervised probation, under the terms and conditions set forth in the Court’s Order;
2. That the Court’s Order provides that should the Defendant fail to abide by all the terms and
conditions of the supervised probation, the Court may adjudicate the Defendant and
3. That the Defendant has violated the terms and conditions of his probation, per the following
infractions:

a. Defendant was arrested by the Jackson Police Department on May 15, 2024 and
charged with Felony Evasion, Armed Carjacking, Capital Murder, and Shooting
Police Department and the District Attorney’s Office each and $3300.00 in
restitution.
