Subject: Request for Water Tank and door in Washroom

Dear Sir,

We (All Shop owner) hope this letter finds you well. As a concerned member of our community, we
are writing to bring to your attention a matter of importance regarding the hygiene, safety and
security of our society premises.

As residents of our apartment society, we rely on the common facilities provided to us for our daily
needs i.e. the common washroom, serves as a pivotal resource for all Shop members. However need
attention that there are certain inadequacies in this facility that need urgent rectification.

Therefore, I kindly request the management committee to consider the following:

1. The lack of a water & door facility in the common washroom poses a significant
inconvenience to residents. Access to water is not only a basic necessity but also crucial for
maintaining hygiene standards. Therefore, I kindly request the installation of a water facility
& door in the common washroom.

We understand that implementing these measures may require budget allocation and logistical
arrangements. However, we firmly believe that prioritizing the safety and security of our residents
should be paramount.
