Wheel Chocks in Front & Back of Wheels.
Water Sprinkler Pressurized.
Fire Extinguishers ready.
Engine of Tanker switched off.
Earthing Clamp properly connected.
Leakage check after connecting Hose Pipes to Tanker & Opening Valves on Tanker.
Check all valves to be opened are opened & closed to be closed.
Check Belt Tension of Unloading Pump
Instruction to driver to remain present till unloading completion.
Check the off level in the crankcase of compressor.
Check the belt tension of compressor.

DURING UNLOADING
Activities
Park the propane tanker in a safe and designated unloading area.
Shut off the engine of the tanker and engage all safety mechanisms to prevent accidental release of propane.
Connect the hose from the propane tanker to the fill valve on the underground propane vessel. Make sure the
connections are secure and leak-free.
Open the valve on the propane tanker slowly to begin transferring the propane into the underground vessel. Monitor the
pressure and flow rate to ensure a safe and controlled transfer.
First of all, we open the air valve V(a1).
After that we have to open the valve V1 and extract the atmospheric pressure which is present in the line and after that
close the valve V1.
Valve V3, V4, V5 & V7 must open when unloading the liquid propane & booster pump must be running so that the liquid
can go into the tank quickly.
At the same time, we also have to look through the magnifying glass to see how much liquid is left in mobile tanker.
After the liquid propane is finished we have to turn off the valve V3, V4, V5 & V7.
We have to unload the pressure left in the mobile tanker through the compressor.
To unload the vapour pressure we have to open the valve V9, V10 & V12, V7 and the compressor.
After the vapour is finished, we should turn off the compressor and close the valves that are open.

AFTER UNLOADING
Activities
Close all the Valves whatever kept opened
Open Vent valves on Liquid & Vapour lines before dismantling the Hose
Remove earthing/wheel chocks of tanker
