AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL
I, ZHANG, QI (DOB: September 5, 1971, Male), Chinese, of legal age,
with address at Jazz Residences, Tower D, Makati City, having been duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1.) That I am NOT the same person as one ZHANG QI who was charged before
the Paranaque Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 89 for the crime of Unjust
Vexation under Criminal Case No. 17-1172.

2.) That I have never been involved in any crime nor was ever criminally
charged in any courts in the entire Philippines.

3.) That it is impossible for me to commit the said crime considering that I
arrived in the Philippines for the first time only on December 18, 2019. Thus,
the said crime which apparently was committed on the year 2017 cannot be
attributed to me.

4.) That I am attaching a Certification issued by the Bureau of Immigration on

February 29, 2024 showing my entire travel record in the Philippines and the
same reflects that I arrived in the Philippines for the first time only on
December 18, 2019.

5.) That I am attaching a copy of my Chinese Passport for reference.

6.) As such, I am executing this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and for purpose of denying that I am the accused ZHANG QI
who is the subject of the aforementioned case and for whatever legal purpose
that this affidavit may serve.
