 M&L providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced
elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with
reinforcing acrylic fibres having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI of 105 On
horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajjas in multiple coats
@1.0 litre/sqm. Primary coat is self priming coat of elastomeric
waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp
proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The
application shall be carried out a scrapping and properly cleaning the
Roof Treatment surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all

Damp Proof respect as per the direction of Engineer Charge.
Make: SmartCare Damp Proof of Asian Paints or equivalent in Berger/
Nerolac/STP Ltd. Notes: (1) The work shall be executed
through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (2) Authorized
Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (3) All
materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase
voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his
verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original
purchase vouchers.

to use repair mortar (SMART CARE REPAIR MORTAR or equivalent)
capable o applying 15mm average thickness in single layer and
finishing with trowel with a bond coat: SBR polymer (@ 10% of

plaster on brick/concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking

SmartCare PU Magnum (Pure Polyurethane coating with 3 mm crack bridging
ability)
The surface shall have less than 4% moisture content prior to
application. It should be clean and free of grease, loose particles,
1 dust etc. using mechanical grinding so that it becomes smooth. The Sqm
surface shall then be primed with SmartCare Epoxy Primer and
application of PU Magnum shall be done within 24 hours of primer
application.
The surface shall be primer with SmartCare Epoxy Primer to seal the
pores and enhance the adhesion of the coating. Supplying and
applying High build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on 870
pure, hydrophobic polyurethane SmartCare PU Magnum US, cold
applied of spray / brush applied, membrane with an elongation of
600 % and tensile strength of 3-4 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370,
2 Sq.m
crack bridging ability of 3 mm as per ASTM C1305, no leakage upto
5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, shore A Hardness of min.
80 as per ASTM D 2240. The minimum thickness to be applied shall
be 1mm.

Providing & laying of protective Geotextile fabric 120GSM over the

3 entire membrane with proper overlaps. Sq.m 150
Providing, batching, mixing, transporting through transit mixers,
pumping and laying controlled Screed Concrete of M20 grade at all
levels and heights specified below using ordinary Portland cement of
grade 53 from approved manufacturer, river sand, 12mm and down
size coarse aggregates, necessary admixtures approved by
Consultants including all leads and lifts, pumping using line pump or
boom placer, vibrating/ compaction, scaffolding wherever necessary,
4 curing as directed at all heights and depths as instructed. Cost to Sq.m 1000
include providing & mixing Graded fibrillated 100% virgin poly
propylene fibres in concrete at the rate of 0.90 kg/cum and admixed
with PC based integral waterproofing compound SmartCare Vitalia
or approved equivalent as per manufacturers specifications.

Any increase in the rate of taxes and any other local levies between the date of this quotation and the date of actual
supply would be to your account.

Delivery Of material
Asian Paints Ltd. will supply the material to your site FREE OF COST. The material would be supplied through our
authorized dealer. However as per the existing manufacturing capacities and as per our practice of giving better service to
our customers, we have been supplying material to our customers at short notices.

Validity
This offer would remain valid for acceptance and delivery till the next price increase by the company.
Force Majeure
Buyers will not be entitled to take objection or make any claim, if the manufacture, supply or shipment or transport or
delivery of goods is prevented or hindered or delayed by any shortage of materials, strike, accident, civil commotion,
accident at works, breakdown of machinery, any inevitable or unforeseen event, embargo, restraint of Govt., fraud, fire,
storms, floods, earthquake or any act of God. In the event of non-availability and/or increase in prices of petroleum based
raw materials either imported or indigenous used in the manufacture of the products offered by us in this quotation, we
reserve our right to alter/modify the quantities and/or re-negotiate the prices.
