Nowdays,a lot of people are falling in cyber crimes and what we are going to
talk about today is credit card fraud.
Credit card fraud is a crime that happens when someone tries to steal other
people’s credit card information and uses it to obtain money from the other
individual.
Some example’s are skimmers that can illegally obtain credit card data, these
machines obtain information from the credit card's magnetic strip, which the
criminal can then encode into a counterfeited, faked or cloned card. Another
example of credit card fraud is application fraud this hapens when a actor uses
a stolen or synthetic ID to apply for a loan with no intention of paying back, the
fraudster builds authentic-looking credit and account activity to gain access to
more loans.
You can easly avoid some credit card scams by never lending you credit card
to anyone and never opening some suspicious SMS talking about ur credit
cardo r bank account .
In conclusion you should always be carefull with your credit card , never fall
into those phishing credit card scams and always be aware of any treats you
receive about your bank account and credit card.
