CEL MEETING for January 7, 2023 party.

Venue: SM MegaMall trade hall

10:00AM - mass
Light lunch after mass

1. Raffle for active members only pre draw except for major prizes.
2. Gifts for all members even inactive.
3. Minor prices will be pre drawn and prices will be claimed only after the program. No need to
be present.
4. Pattern theme of the party will be the same theme as before // Rainbow color.
5. Each ministry member will man registration table.

6. Table assignment as above. Members of Registration committee will be assigned by Sis.

7. Guess the marshmallow in a container.
- no same answer
8. Game, rubber band - do not answer yes, no, oo or hindi. Even head movement is counted as
yes or no. If someone asks and answer said above, one asking question will get rubber band.
9. Pass the table number game.
10. Jack n poy Hali Hali hoy! game
11. If you do not have rubber band anymore,you ate out of the game.
12. Loot bag (gift pack)will be given to all active members. - claim upon leaving.
13. Decor for venue, lights and sounds, table, chairs projectors and screen not provided - to be
assigned.
14. Youth and altar servers C/O father Remo
15. Program must be provided.
16. Tiktok game.
17. 4 - 5 games will be available
18. Celebrity guessing game. (Guess who)

20. No time limit for the venue.
21. By January 2023 - Anticipated mass schedule is 5:00pm and 6:30pm
