现就 2023/2043 学年秋季学期中国政府奖学金来华留学生报道注册工作通
知如下：
The notice on the registration of Chinese government scholarship students in
China in 2023/ 2024 academic year in autumn semester is as follows:

根据国家留学生基金管理委员会要求，全体奖学金生（包括保留奖学金资
格的 2021&2022 级学生）需在“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理系统”中完成注
册操作。
According to the requirements of the National Overseas Students fund
management committee, all scholarship students (including Students who were
enrolled in 2021 & 2022 and applied for the scholarship suspension) need to complete
the registration operation in the "Chinese government scholarship to study in China
management system".

学生注册时间：2022 年 9 月 22 日—10 月 10 日
Student registration time: September 22-October 10, 2023
注册系统网址 Registration system website：

有关注意事项如下 Relevant precautions are as follows：

 ① 选择语言 Choose

② 选择 CSC
language

③ 输入号码和密码
Enter CSC number and

④ 输入验证码 Enter
password
⑤ 登录 Log in
verify code

1、请使用奖学金编号（如 2020GBJ000001 或则 2021GXZ007000）登录系统

完成注册操作。
Please log in the system with the CSC number (e.g. 2020GBJ000001 or
2021GXZ007000) to complete the registration operation.

2、 注册时请选择【线下】；
Please select [offline] for the corresponding teaching method when registering:
 3、如果护照信息有误，请截图发送到老师的邮箱，帮助你申请修改；
If your passport information is incorrect, please send the screenshot to the
teacher's email to help you apply for modification;

4、如果你计划放弃奖学金资格，请不要注册并发送邮件给老师；
If you plan to give up your scholarship qualification, please do not register and
send an email to the teacher;

5、完成注册是国家留学生基金委为学生继续提供奖学金的重要依据，请在
规定时间内完成，否则将会影响你的奖学金，由此造成的后果由学生自行承担；
The completion of registration is an important basis for the NSFC to continue to
provide scholarships for students. Please complete it within the specified time,
otherwise your scholarships will be affected, and the resulting consequences shall be
borne by the students yourselves;

6、目前，境外学生的奖学金发放根据国家留学基金委的相关政策执行；如
有任何更新，我们将第一时间通知你。
At present, scholarships for overseas students are granted in accordance with the
relevant policies of the national study abroad fund committee; If there is any update,
we will inform you as soon as possible;

7、奖学金期限已结束的学生无需进行奖学金注册；处于休学状态的学生无
需进行奖学金注册。
For those students who are not qualified for scholarship or already suspended
your study, no need to register in CSC system.

8、如果在注册中有其他问题，请截图后与留学生管理办公室联系。
If you have any other questions during registration, please contact the
international student management office after taking a screenshot.

*可能遇到的问题 Possible problems:

1、忘记密码 Forget password
如果你忘记了你的登录密码，你可以点击下方蓝色“忘记密码？”→输入
你的邮箱（不要使用 yahoo 邮箱）→输入邮箱收到的代码→重新设置密码→登
录。If you forget your login password, you can click the blue "forgot password?" →
enter your email (don't use Yahoo email) → enter the code received in the email →
reset your password → login.
