Dear Estes Team,

I am thrilled to announce the celebration of our 70th anniversary! On Saturday night, January 26,
2019, we marked this incredible milestone with a fantastic event at the Oceans Ballroom at the
Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. Over 310 attendees, including current and past employees, their
guests, friends, and key vendors, joined us for this memorable night.

Celebration Highlights:

Recognition of Team Members:

President Brian Estes honored many long-term team members. A special moment was
recognizing 90-year-old Charles Wright, our third employee, and Jerry Johnson, a former sales
engineer who retired in 2012 after 31 years with us. We are very grateful to have such loyal team
members that feel like family, which is very important at Estes Services.

Brian Estes' Presentation:

Brian expressed his gratitude to everyone who has contributed to our success over the past 70
years. A video presentation showed our deep history through photos, and Brian shared a bar
graph illustrating our growth from $0 to over $32 million. He emphasized that our growth has
been organic and family-driven since N.B. Estes founded the company in 1949.

CEO Tommy Estes' Tribute:

Tommy paid tribute to his father, N.B. Estes, highlighting his vision, determination, and the
foundation of honesty, integrity, and hard work he established. Tommy shared how our services
have evolved, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical residential and light commercial
services. Although Mr, Estes passed away many years ago, this tribute and Estes Services'
success is proof of his invaluable legacy.

Looking Forward:

Our legacy, built over 70 years, continues to thrive under the leadership of Brian Estes and Vice
President John Waldorf. We are excited about the future and look forward to many more
successful years serving the metro Atlanta area.
