Celebrate Juneteenth with the City of Navasota: A Community Celebration

NAVASOTA (June 5, 2024) – The City of Navasota is excited to invite the community to
our inaugural Juneteenth Celebration. Join us on Saturday, June 22, from 11:00 a.m. to
2:00 p.m. at Margie & Albert Miller Park, also known as "Grace Park."

This year’s event promises to be filled with fun, entertainment, and community spirit. DJ
SlimGoldy will be setting the vibe with great music, there will be a variety of yard games
and an inflatable slide from Lighthouse Inflatables for the entire family to enjoy. Cool down
with delicious snowcones from Bite My Ice.

We encourage attendees to bring their own lunch and lawn chairs to fully enjoy the day’s
festivities. This event is a perfect opportunity for families and friends to gather, celebrate,
and enjoy a day together.
