Municipality, BIR, Registry of Deeds and Assessors Office regarding transfer of Title no. T-1342945 (167-
0000221) under my name due to the reason I am out of the country.

And in general, to sign, execute, acknowledge and deliver all papers and documents to be done to give full
effect of the power/purposes.
