EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

GLENN URETA GONZALES, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and with postal address at
0878 Vizcarra Subd., Kalibo Aklan, and herein referred to as the LEGAL HEIR,

GEANNELG P. GONZALES, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with postal address at
0878 Vizcarra Subd., Kalibo Aklan, and herein referred to as the LEGAL HEIR,

WITNESSETH:

That the above-named parties are all of legal age and the legitimate heirs of the late
IMELDA PIMENTEL GONZALES who died on November 4, 2018 at Dr. Petronillo V. Seares
Sr. Memorial Hospital, Bangued, Abra, without any will;

That the said deceased left a parcel of land with improvements existing thereon, containing
an area of ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN SQUARE METERS (119), MORE OR LESS, embraced
and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 057-2016024097 of the Registry of Deeds for
Province of Cavite and more particularly described as follows;

WHEREAS, in view of the above facts and circumstances, we are therefore co-owners and
to terminate co-ownership over the same, we hereby adjudicate over the same in pro-endives
sharing pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines, subject to the
liabilities imposed by Section 4, of the same Rule;
 WAIVER OF RIGHTS

WHEREAS, I, GEANNELG P. GONZALES (whose personal circumstances is mentioned

above) has agreed and covenanted to CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto my co-heir GLENN
URETA GONZALES (whose personal circumstances is mentioned above), their heirs and assigns
the full ownership and possession of the above-described properties.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, I waived and
renounced, as by these presents I hereby WAIVE and RENOUNCE my share, right and
participation over the above-described properties.

That a true copy of this extrajudicial settlement had been published once a week for three
consecutive weeks in Cavite and Metro Manila, a newspaper of general circulation in Province and
Cities of Cavite, as certified by the said newspaper hereto attached as Annex “A”;
