What is VEG 4 U?

VEG 4 U is a food manufacturing business and food stall that provides healthy, best tasting,
and affordable “vegetable made” okoy. Vegie okoy is the company’s business main product
that is perfectly made for people who desires healthy and affordable food. The business'
logo shows the main product, the vegie okoy. The logo emphasizes the business name to
ensure proper marketing position. On top of the logo is the business slogan” Life is short,
make it healthy” that describes the product's healthy benefit.
Vision Statement

To serve good food to our customers through quality meals and entertaining staff with good
services experience good communicating skills toward to our customers and greater good for our
employees, community and to make the impossible come true, from farm to stall.

Mission Statement

To connect with the customers with full of joy and give what is customer needs and ensure that the
customers are satisfied in our food’s services and also in quality of vegies we serve.

Czarina Camara
Business Owner - She has complete control of the company
as the owner. She is also in charge of developing corporate
plans and strategies for the business.

Danica Cabayag
Store Manager - In charge of overseeing the day-to-day
operations of the company. Setting goals, offering guidance
and direction to the team, and ensuring that tasks are
accomplished in a timely and effective manner are all
responsibilities. Establish policies to guarantee that staff work
productively and professionally. Directly reporting to CEO.

Marryjoy Gan
Assistant Store Manager - is in-charge of ensuring that
everything operates well at the local branch. They are also in
charge of hiring, training, and managing staff, as well as
supervising inventory ordering operations to ensure optimal
profit margins on every meal served. Directly reporting to store
manager.

Lukas Eustaquio
Finance Manager - distributes a company’s financial
resources, also oversees budget planning, and assists the
executive management team in making the best business
decisions for the company by providing insights and financial
guidance.
Mhark Bagotsay
Admin / HR Officer - In charge of managing office supply
stockpiles and placing orders. Reports on spending and
company budgets on a regular basis. Respond to important
employee inquiries and update business policies as needed.
Directly reporting to the Store Manager.

Rosemarie Apolinar
Head Chef - Controlling and guiding the “okoy” preparation
process, as well as any related operations. Creating meal
plans using new or existing culinary creations while
guaranteeing diversity and quality of servings. Approval and
"polishing" of dishes before they are delivered to the
consumer. Directly reports to Store Manager.

Althea Sarsosa
Assistant Chef - Assists in the management of everyday
kitchen operations. During the shift, she oversees and
manages stock levels as well as supervises kitchen
employees. She oversees the “okoy” meal preparation
procedure. She ensures that proper standards and cleanliness
of the products are strictly followed. Reporting to Head Chef.

John Paul Bequilla


Food Quality Tester - creates sampling programs and
processes to test the quality of “okoy” product being served.
He upholds standards by ensuring that test results and are in
accordance with food safety procedures. Directly reports to
the head chef.
Juliana Clemente
Head Cashier – is responsible for the cashier personnel and the
overall operations of a branch. Their primary responsibilities
include responding to employee and customer complaints or
requests, ensuring that all registers always have the correct
amount of cash, and resolving price checks for consumers.
Directly reports to Finance Manager.

Charlee Salubre
Store Cashier – Responsible in every customer payment
transaction using cash registers. Collect payments in cash or
credit. She is also the one issuing receipts and refunds. Directly
reports to the head cashier.

Food Servers - Welcome and seat
guests, take guest orders, effectively
communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks to customers.

Busser - As customer leaves the stall,
they quickly and professionally reset
tables. Bussers are also in charge of
grooming the entire stall, as well as
assisting servers with pre-bussing and
other responsibilities.
