The1st regular meeting of SK
of Barangay. Nibaliw was
called to order at 10:20 AM on
January 21, 2024 (Sunday) at
the Barangay Hall of Nibaliw.

Secretary, were present. The
minutes of the January 21,
2024 meeting were approved
as corrected.

2 Business for the Day Event under Education

 Kagawad Romulo P.
Banes III should send
his event and budget
proposal within this
week so we can
prepare for the
upcoming event under
his chairmanship.
Event under Drugs and
Abuse
 Kagawad Jaypee S.
Viado should send his
event and budget
proposal within this
week so we can
prepare for the
upcoming event under
his chairmanship.

 Last week of January, a

pub mat will be posted
in our page regarding
the said event.
Event under Youth
Employment and Livelihood
 Kagawad Charmine C.
Mercado should
change her plan for
her initial event under
her committee.
Event under Health
 Chairman Kristine Mae
B. Soriano already
talked to her contact
for her event.
Event under Sports and
Development
 Kagawad Alvin Jhay C.
Ulip will try to
collaborate with
Kagawad Doal for the
collaboration for
basketball.

On the first week of February,

a pub mat will be posted in
our page regarding the said
event.
Profiling
 A template should be
done within this week
for SK Profiling that
will be held anytime
soon.
Ginoong Kabataan 2024
Update
 20k pesos will be
allotted for the said
event. 10k pesos for
registration and 10k
pesos for the personal
expenses of the
candidate’s food,
transportation, gym
session, etc.

 2k pesos will be
deducted to 10k pesos
 budget allowance of
the candidate as the
“fee” for his trainer.
Liquidation for Clean and
Green
 A liquidation will be
sent once the
participants received
their incentives
already.
