1. GENERAL
PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama (BTU) recently awarded a contract from Pertamina Hulu Mahakam
(PHM). The object of the contract is the engineering, procurement and execution of all related work
required for various HVAC & Mechanical works improvement for building, but not limited to:
1. HVAC Improvement at OFK Building
2. Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Improvement at Bekapai LQ
3. Cold Storage Container Improvement at Various Sites
4. Various Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC Works at Balikpapan and Sites (Call-off)
The work includes temporary work and services, detail engineering and workshop drawing,
management of the work, hoardings & scaffoldings, supplying all managerial personnel,
manpower, equipment, tools and materials.
1.1. Objective
The objective of this report is to final decision for Construction applied on PHM Facilities and as
further result use as a basic data to determine the unit selection.
1.2. Scope
The scope of this report is to Cold Storage layout applied on NPU facility and provide a unit
selection as an output.
