ADMISSION NOTICE
FIRST MERIT LIST OF CANDDIDATES ON RESERVED SEAT FOR PU EMPLOYEES
B.Sc. (Hons.) Food Science and Technology (Self-Supporting) Admission, 2023
The following candidates have been selected for admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) Food Science and Technology (Self-Supporting) on researved seat for PU Employees for the academic year 2023-

2024 subject to the following conditions:

Any Candidate who is found at any time to have obtained admission by making any miss-statement in the Admission Form or by wilful concealment of any material fact (particularly about

marks,division,previous admission to the department /center/Institute/college or employment,expulsion,conviction etc.) shall be dropped from the rolls of department/center/Institute/college.

Students shall pay their dues in the University/College by the prescribed date after obtaining necessary challan forms from the office of Faculty of Agricultural Sciences starting from
3 29.08.2023 and submit the original receipt to the Faculty office before the close of Banking hours on 31.08.2023. Those who do not deposit their dues and do not submit departmental
copy of fee challan within this period shall lose their right to admission.

Aa per Letter No. D/70/Med dated 09.08.2023 (Health Center, University of the Punjab) and No. 9444/PS dated 10.08.2023 (Offcie of the Registrar, University of the Punjab) the candidates

have to submit the medical report (HbsAg, Anti HCV, Blood Group and Urine for Drug Analysis) to the relevant department at the time of admission

Chalan Form will be given to those candidates who submit their Original Documents i.e. Matric, F.Sc., Character Certificate, Hifz-e-Quran certificate (if applicable) Equivalence Certificate (if
5 required) & Migration Certificate (if required) along with attested photocopies and the printed copy of their online submitted application. Note: The submitted original documents will
remain in the custody of the Department till the completion of the degree.
6 On-site Hifz-e-Quran test will be conducted for those candidates claiming 20 marks
7 The University reserves the right to correct any typographical error, omission, etc.
