ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

The organizational structure is instrumental in guiding and

coordinating activities to reach the organization's objectives. It also
governs the flow of information across different levels within the
company and establishes a distinct hierarchy within the organization.
Figure 2 illustrates the organizational structure of Tambilawan
Kamayan Restaurant.
