On behalf of Pines City Doctors Hospital, I am writing to express our interest in partnering with you along with
Philippine Red Cross Baguio City Chapter for a significant event in celebration of World Blood Donor Day this coming
June 14.

As advocates for healthcare excellence and community well-being, we at Pines City Doctors Hospital are deeply
committed to initiatives that promote public health awareness and support lifesaving endeavors. With this regard, we are
eager to join forces with Barangay Malcolm Square to organize a blood donation event that will make a meaningful
difference in our community.

The event is scheduled to take place from June 14-17 at People’s Park, Baguio City. Our hospital will provide the
necessary logistical support and personnel to ensure the event runs smoothly and efficiently. We would greatly appreciate
your assistance in providing 50 chairs and 4 tables for the event.

This partnership aims to achieve two primary goals: raising awareness about the critical importance of blood
donation and significantly contributing to the regional blood supply. By pooling our resources, expertise, and networks,
we believe we can maximize the event's impact and encourage more people to become regular blood donors. Together, we
can make a significant difference in the lives of patients in need of blood transfusions and support the advancement of
healthcare in Baguio City.
