Sir:

As I approach my retirement this coming September at the age of 65, I am writing to formally
request the retention of my school assignments until that time. As a dedicated school head Camiling
Science High School and Bilad High School in the Municipality of Camiling, committed to student
learning, teachers’ development and academic excellence, I believe that retaining these assignments
will serve as a valuable resource for myself and faculty members.
There are several reasons why I am requesting the retention of my school assignments until
my retirement:

 Continuity: Retaining my assignments will allow me to finish my goals and other

improvement plans until my retirement. This continuity will be beneficial for me and for the
school since adjustment is not necessary.
 Legacy: The retained assignments will serve as a testament to my years of service and
dedication to the school community, as we already have a new Senior High School Offerings
in both Schools. Bilad High School specifically will be offering ABM and HUMSS starting
this school year aside from the old offering for the past years of SHS implementation.
Camiling Science High School will be also offering STEM to its first batch of Senior High
School starting this year. They represent the culmination of my efforts to foster a supportive
learning environment and facilitate student success.
 Personal Development: By revisiting my leadership practices and school accomplishment, I
can identify areas of strength and areas for improvement, ensuring that I will leave behind a
legacy of excellence.
I kindly request your approval for the retention of my school assignments until my retirement
in September. Your support in this matter is greatly appreciated.
