MESSAGE CYCLE
is defined as a communication process that
explains how the system of delivering and
understanding messages functions.
also a process by which a message is sent by
one individual and it passes through a chain of
recipients. the timing and effectiveness of
communication cycle is based on how long
takes for feedback to be received by the initial
sender.
SENDER
Originates the message
EXAMPLE:
Manager : “ Ms. Cruz, Can
you please tell them to
prepare their report as
soon as possible?”
RECEIVER
To whom the
message is
relayed Ms. Cruz : “Yes sir, I will
inform to them your
message.”
MESSAGE
The information being relayed by the sender
FEEDBACK
The response or lack of
response sent receiver to
sender as part of
communication continuum
