Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Founding Account Executive with 5-10 years of
experience in the technology sales industry. In this role, you will be responsible for building and
nurturing relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall
success and growth of Nimesa.

Responsibilities:

1-Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth,
with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base.

2- Customer Engagement: Identify and target potential customers who can benefit from our cloud
data backup and disaster recovery solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships.
3- Networking Leverage your network and assign BDR to generate and; execute on pipeline
4- Revenue Generation Deliver predictably subscription revenues as defined on a quarterly basis
5- Advisory Relation Cultivate advisor relationship with your prospects
6- Sales Methodology Use a sales methodology to ensure the flow of relevant and timely
information
7- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and effectively
communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

8- Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the unique
needs of each prospect. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of
our solutions.

9- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
Continuously update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

10- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer
needs to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
11- Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to refine the product-market fit and provide
feedback for product development.

Qualifications:

​ 1- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.


​ 2- Proven track record of 5-10 years of successful sales experience in the technology
industry, preferably with cloud solutions, data backup, or disaster recovery products, and is
capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
​ 3- A strong network of contacts and relationships in the tech industry, particularly with IT
decision-makers, and proven experience in using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn and
Apollo to generate new business opportunities.
​ 4- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
​ 5- Demonstrated ability to establish connections with CSuite Level executives within
prospective client organizations and track record of successfully prospecting and selling to
buyers of Cloud Applications in large enterprises across the ASEAN region.
​ 6- Extensive expertise in account planning and effectively managing opportunities within the
sales pipeline and proven experience in selling the value and return on investment of
solutions to business stakeholders..
​ 7- Proficiency in engaging clients through comprehensive questioning techniques and a
history of successfully closing complex cloud-based deals.
​ 8- Utilization of CRM tools as an integral component of managing territories, opportunities,
and forecasting.
​ 9- Innate proficiency in cold calling and a willingness to utilize various channels to connect
with influential decision-makers.
​ 10- Capability to discern prospect triggers and pain points through effective questioning
techniques and aptitude for learning and communicating in the language of the prospect
industry and business.
​ 11- Competence to independently conduct product demonstrations and a strong commitment
to meeting specified sales productivity targets.
