Link GL Quantity Accounts to Emission Codes

[GL M ]
Use this function to provide the link between the General Ledger Quantity Accounts and the emission codes required to
perform emission calculations.
As your source data is on one side (the General Ledger Quantity Accounts) and the emission codes are on the other
(Maintain Emission Factors), a linking method is needed to ensure that the correct calculation is applied to the source data
to give the appropriate result.

Field Description

Account Code The General Ledger quantity account.

Press F2 to open the General Ledger Quantity Accounts screen and select from the list.

GL Description (Display only) The General Ledger quantity account description.

Code The emission code.

Press F2 to open the Maintenance of Emission Factors screen and select from the list.

For more information, see Maintain Emission Factors.

Emission Code (Display only) The emission code description.

Description

The Find, Correct and Remove modes are available on this screen.
Click Entry to create new links between the General Ledger quantity accounts and emission codes.
