Smart Solar Storage

Using a custom-developed data framework, we successfully integrated various energy storage
system components within a large solar plant. This framework includes:
Leveraging Communication Protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3) to connect disparate systems and
standardize data for seamless integration.
Real-time incorporation of weather forecasting data via an API to predict future energy needs
and optimize energy storage accordingly.
This resulted in a increase in solar energy utilization and a reduction in grid dependence during
peak demand periods, ultimately leading to improved profitability for the plant owner.

Smart Grid ESS

End-to-end development of a commercial 50 KVA ESS System which can seamlessly integrate
solar power and grid electricity. Key highlights include:
Development of an intelligent cell-level monitoring system that adjusts balancing currents in
real-time based on voltage and temperature, enhancing Li-ion Battery efficiency. Utilize
machine learning for precise State-of-Health (SOH) estimation.
Integrating advanced thermal management for Optimal Performance and Reduced Energy
Consumption and develop an AI-powered system that dynamically adjusts cooling fan speed
based on real-time data.
Implementing a multi-objective optimization algorithm for efficient energy arbitrage and
battery lifespan maximization. Also, deploy an advanced islanding detection system for
seamless ESS transition to independent operation during grid outages.

GaN Fast Charger

We successfully developed a novel AC EV charger utilizing Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology.
Primary features include:
GaN device selection, driver circuit design compared to traditional silicon-based solutions.
Design and Development of the high-frequency switching circuits including Gate driver
design and PCB layout Minimizing losses and ensuring efficient heat dissipation.
Thermal management solution implemented to handle the higher heat generation associated
with GaN devices at high switching frequencies.
By overcoming GaN integration challenges, We achieved an efficient charger compared to
traditional silicon-based chargers.
