Using the Endpoint Inline Proxy

I want to use Inline Proxy to monitor web traffic on endpoints.

1. Select detection mode

You want to use Endpoint Inline Proxy instead
of browser extensions to monitor web traffic.
1. Navigate to Data > Settings >
Deployment > Endpoint Profiles.
2. Click on the endpoint profile on the list and
select the Properties tab.
3. Under Endpoint Web Traffic Detection
Mode, select Detection mode: Endpoint
Inline Proxy (A).
4. Select Set system PAC. Deselect this to
allow the endpoint agent to set an explicit
proxy on the endpoint.
5. Select Enable driver to capture web
traffic. Deselect this to disable the driver
on the endpoint agent. A
6. Select the checkbox Enter the IP and
port of the local proxy and enter the IP
address and port number (B). This
forwards traffic from the inline proxy to a
3rd party proxy. B
7. Click Save & Close and deploy your
changes.

2. Select included applications 3. Select excluded SSL domains

You want to include a new application that will be monitored by Endpoint Inline Proxy. You want to select domains that are not decrypted when using the

3. Click on the Properties tab. 2. Click on the Advanced tab.
4. Go to Endpoint Web Traffic Detection Mode > Included Applications. 3. Under Excluded Domains for SSL Decryption by Endpoint Inline
5. Enter the Application and select the Operating system. Proxy enter the URL to exclude from decryption.
6. Click Add. The application is added to the list. 4. Click Add.
7. Click Save & Close and deploy your changes. 5. Click Save and deploy your changes.
