As a fresh graduate in the civil engineering field, I have gained my practical experience in one of the leading construction companies
in Sri Lanka by working as a trainee engineer. In the role I played as a trainee engineer, I had to work closely with much experienced
civil engineers to make sure that the project is on track with the completion date and that the project budget was not exceeded. I
have a strong understanding of the principles of civil engineering, structural design, project management and material properties.
Additionally, I have gathered knowledge on machine learning which I believe has access to a wider scope in many fields and will
uplift the standards of civil engineering in the coming years. I am a highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual with excellent
communication and problem‑solving skills.
