I, Jitender Chaudhary, age around 45 years S/o Sh. Satinder

Chaudhary C/o Juris Consult B-22, First Floor, Jangpura Extension,

New Delhi-110014 the deponent above-named do hereby solemnly

affirm and declare as under.

1. That I am the counsel for the Petitioner in the present petition and

as such competent to depose the present affidavit.

1. That in terms of directions issued vide order dated 24.11.2023, copy

of summons along with complete set of petition with

accompanying annexures were served upon to Respondent No. 1

and to the Respondent No. 3 through Speed Post on 09.01.2024 and

the same is successfully delivered to Respondents on 10.01.2024.

The original copies of postal receipts along with tracking reports

are annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-A/1.

 2. That the Respondents were also served through Courier i.e. on

08.01.2024. Original courier receipts are annexed herewith and

marked as Annexure-A/2.

2. It is apposite to mention here that scanned copy of summons along

with petition also served to Respondent No. 1 at

uoidhc@gmail.com and Respondent No. 3 served at

cs4168@pnb.co.in and at advskrout@yahoo.com on 30th January,

2024. The email sent at these email addresses have not been

bounced back. Copy of email sent to above mentioned addressed

are enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure-A/3.

3. That annexure is the original or the true copies of their respective

originals.
