The fan drive motor is a piston type motor with a bent axis. The motor has a fixed displacement of
oil per revolution. The fan drive motor is mounted on a frame in front of the radiator.

The components of the motor that turn are shaft (5), retaining plate (4), pistons (3) and barrel (1).
The parts that do not turn are head (8), case (6) and port plate (7).

When the drive shaft turns, the drive shaft turns the fan blade at the same speed. The drive shaft
turns clockwise when viewed from the shaft end.

Any internal motor leakage drains back to the hydraulic tank through the drain passage.
