Pre-Beliefs about Teaching and Learning

Students must be given the chance to watch, practice, and teach others.
Students’ and staff’s emotional and physical well-being is a top focus. Students require
opportunities for higher-order thinking and learning reflection. All learning and teaching
is built on the foundation of shared values. It is critical for students to not only be able to
understand the state-mandated subject, but also to be able to apply what they have
learned. Students must become aware of their own comprehension and learn to
critically evaluate the material they have been taught. I recommend using group work,
individual work, and classroom work in the classroom. All three of these methods, in my
opinion, are critical for students to grasp the same material in different contexts and to
learn how to use and learn it to the best of their abilities.
Students have diverse learning styles, and I believe that by working in numerous
methods, the learning environment for those who can't learn in one way will be
improved. I anticipate a wide range of variety in the classroom, including sexuality,
religion, race, and other factors. Because I am not a judgmental person, I am aware of
what is rude or incorrect. It's also critical to establish boundaries in the classroom and
teach students to tolerate variety because it's all around them. I am aware that the brain
grows more or less at different ages, and that children's growth differs greatly. As
teachers, they must tailor their instruction to each student's age and stage of
development. The minds of younger children are rapidly developing and acquiring new
words. As a result, at these ages, individuals must be taught to read and write.

Post-Beliefs about Teaching and Learning

The school community will be aided in creating a stimulating and challenging

learning environment for children to attain their full potential. I believe in the Curriculum
Framework's Principles of Learning and Teaching, and we've added our own based on
common values about the learning environment, current research, and professional
understanding. I am a firm believer in and committed to the values we have established.
Every student is capable of learning and learns in a variety of ways, therefore learning
systems must take this into account. Teachers and parents have an important role in a
child's academic performance. Teachers, students, and parents take ownership of their
own learning, conduct, and goal-setting. Teaching that is effective is deliberate,
demanding, and tailored to a student's experience, developmental stage, and
background. Culturally and developmentally relevant programs with real-world
applicability are required. Students must be given the chance to watch, practice, and
teach others. Students’ and staff’s emotional and physical well-being is a top focus.
Students require opportunities for higher-order thinking and learning reflection.
All learning and teaching is built on the foundation of shared values. When student-
teacher relationships are built on mutual trust and respect, learning thrives. When a kid,
his or her family, and the school have a common aim, they interact positively and are
mutually supportive. Blended-learning is a prevalent practice in today’s educational
systems, but students and educational settings are becoming increasingly complicated
as a result of the epidemic we’re experiencing.
