MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL

Accused, __________, through his father____________, unto this this Honorable Court
most respectfully avers that:
1. The AAA is accused of the crime of Robbery under Subdivision (b) Article 299 of the
Revised Penal Code;

2. The recommended bail in the information filed before this Honorable Court is twenty
four thousand pesos (P24,000.00). The herein accused is indigent and cannot raise the
said amount for bail. She merely relies on her friends and family for support;

3. The accused begs this Honorable Court to reduce the bail to twelve thousand pesos
(P12,000.00);

4. The accused undertakes to attend the hearings of this Honorable Court whenever required
and duly notified.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed by the herein accused that this motion to reduce
bail be granted and that the accused be allowed to post bail in the amount of twelve thousand
pesos (P12,000.00).

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed for.
