personalized products, guaranteeing they get high-quality, customized
goods that fit their unique requirements. In the meantime, shortages and
overstock scenarios are avoided thanks to BARGO's strong real-time
inventory management technology, which makes sure that stock levels
are continuously tracked and updated.
Additionally, the BARGO System has a sophisticated sales

The main goal of the Business Administration and Resource

uniforms and customized clothing. The following are the main goals that
the system hopes to accomplish:

1. Simplify the Customer Experience: Provide a smooth, user-friendly


interface where customers may peruse, personalize, and buy a variety of
products, such as school uniforms, NSTP uniforms, jackets, and
personalized t-shirts.
2. Real-Time Inventory Management: To guarantee ideal stock levels,
lower the possibility of overstocking or stock outs, and enhance overall
inventory control, keep accurate and current inventory records.

3. Effective Sales Tracking: Put in place a strong system that tracks


every transaction in real time, giving firms comprehensive insights into
sales performance and enabling them to see trends and make data-
driven decisions.

4. Boost Operational Efficiency: Reduce human errors and increase


operational productivity by streamlining and automating different
administrative operations related to order processing, inventory
management, and sales monitoring.

The system we developed was initially in response to the absence
of a system in BARGO where customers could easily place orders or
purchase their needs. This system facilitates their activities or
transactions between the client and the admin.
We chose this system to help BARGO streamline their work and
see improvements in their sales, as well as easily manage their
inventory. Smith and Brown (2022) discuss how real-time inventory
management systems can drastically improve customer satisfaction by
ensuring product availability, which is a key feature of our system.

inventory management, procurement, and financial tracking.
Students for improved access to course information, academic
resources, and student services.
