1. Having heard Mr. Rabilal Maitra, learned senior

counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Arabinda

Chattopadhyay, learned counsel for the DPSC, North 24-

Parganas, this Court has pointed out certain

inconsistencies in the recruitment of primary teachers in

the year 2009, process whereof undertaken in the year

2010 and appointments were made in the year 2021.

2. Mr. Chattopadhyay has agreed to take

instructions from his client in the matter.

3. The Commissioner, School Education, West

Bengal has filed a report and the same is taken on record.

The same may be circulated to all the parties.

4. This Court sincerely requests all the parties to

come up with an amicable solution to the issue.

5. Let WPA 25712 of 2022, WPA 3486 of 2023, WPA

29025 of 2023, WPA 29028 of 2023, WPA 23787 of 2022,

WPA 21163 of 2023, WPA 20482 of 2023, WPA 19856 of

2023 and WPA 16777 of 2022 be listed along with this

matter on 25th April, 2024 under the same heading.

6. The petitioners concerned shall serve notice in

writing to the concerned respondents and their learned

advocates indicating that these matters shall be taken up

on 25th April, 2024.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this

order duly downloaded from the official website of this

Court.
