Product Description Single component non-drying, non-chromate corrosion
inhibitive jointing compound.

Key Features Non toxic pigmented jointing compound, which inhibits the corrosion
between dissimilar metals. It has a service temperature range from -
54°C to 160°C.

Product Application Parameters

Surface Preparation CA1010 is to be applied over substrates properly degreased with the
help of appropriate solvents.

Preparation Mixing None required

Viscosity 50 – 80 Pa.s (RVT 7@50)

Application Method CA1010 is a one part polyurethane compound. The material is a

thixotropic paste suitable for application by sealant gun, brush or
spatula.

Recommended Application Conditions Temperature 15 – 30°C

Relative Humidity 30 – 75 %

Equipment Cleaning Clean equipment as soon as possible after the product has been
applied and always before the material has dried.
