Sub: NOC to attend interview at HIMS,Hassan.

This is to bring to the notice of Your kind self that I am currently

working as Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at Kidwai Cancer Institute
since october 2008.

In addition to an MD degree in Radiotherapy,I possess a DM degree in Medical

Oncology, a distinction of being one of a kind to have both the degrees.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that there are adequate doctors in the
department of Radiation Oncology,in view of which there would be no vacancy for
the post of Associate Professor for at least another ten years to come,under the
current government rules,thereby depriving me the opportunity to serve the institute
as post graduate guide,examiner etc.

As there is a vacancy in the Department of Oncology at Hassan Institute of Medical

Sciences,Hassan which is also an autonomous institute under the Government of
Karnataka,I had applied for NOC for transfer to that institute.

In the meantime,when my case for transfer is under consideration,HIMS,Hassan has

called for interview to fill various vacant posts in the department of oncology.

I therefore request You to permit me to attend the interview for the post of Associate
Professor of Oncology at Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences,Hassan, and grant
me NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE for the same.
