REMOTE WORK POLICY

Background:

This Remote work policy is created and effective as of 27 May 2024 which binds all employees of
Travancore Analytics by default.

Remote Work facility at Travancore Analytics is grounded on below guidelines;

(i) Wherein management requests the employee to avail Remote Work Facility.
(ii) Wherein an employee request to avail the facility on considerable background.

In both the above scenarios, the management retains the right to modify this arrangement on a
temporary or permanent basis for any reason at any time

The Employee agrees to the following terms:

Objectives:

1. The purpose of this Policy is to provide employees with Remote work guidelines and to
outline the relevant procedures.
2. Remote Working would be a temporary or permanent arrangement between the Travancore
Analytics and Employee which may change from time to time in accordance with
organizational discretion.

Eligibility:

3. An Employee could be granted “Remote Work” if their duties can be satisfactorily performed
outside of the Employers physical office space, and they fulfil the criteria set out within
clause

4. In order to avail Remote Work, all Employees must fulfil the following criteria:
a. Have access to a reliable internet service which would not impact the quality of
work.
b. Be competent and capable to perform their duties with minimal supervision;
c. Possess good organization and time-management skills.
d. Carryout the work in an environment that will enable them to fulfil their duties
effectively and efficiently;
e. Reporting Manager should be confident on Employees productivity and
contribution once he/she been granted Remote Work.

Employees obligations:

5. Employees shall arrange and agree their individual work assignments with their managers.
6. All Employees working from home must meet the following requirements:
a. The employee should remain accessible and productive during scheduled work
hours where the employee will communicate regularly with his or her supervisor
and may be asked to provide a weekly written report of activities
b. Be available to communicate and collaborate with other Employees during their
working hours.
c. The employee will maintain performance and productivity standards as agreed upon
with the Reporting Manager.

Privacy and Security:

7. Ensuring that company information and data is kept secure is a high priority.
8. Employees must follow and maintain the same expectations and measures to secure the
Organizational data as they would if they were working within the physical office.
9. The employee agrees to comply with Company policies and expectations regarding
information security and customer information accessible.
10. Breaching any of the security measures will result in disciplinary action.

Equipment:

11. The employee understands that all tools and resources provided by the company shall
remain the property of the company at all times.
12. The employee agrees to protect company tools and resources from theft or damage and to
report theft or damage to his or her manager immediately
13. All equipment provided by the Employer must be used for appropriate business purposes
only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Procedure:

14. Remote Work arrangements will be decided on a case-by-case basis and subject to the
discretion of the management by taking into account what is organizations best interests.
15. Employees who would like to avail Remote Work should submit a request to their Group
Lead. The decision made on such request by management would be binding and final.
16. Employees must adhere to all of the organizational policies and procedures whilst availing
Remote Work . If they fail to comply with this, it will result in disciplinary action.
17. The Employer may cancel or suspend an Employees right to Remote Work at any time due to
any reason by providing the Employee with proper intimation.
