‭ lease make sure to open up the cover from cable drum to remove the fixing line‬

‭ lease make sure fiber cable is pulled from the top of the cable reel.‬

‭ lease make sure canvas have been laid from the cable reel to the manhole.‬

‭ lease make sure rollers have been set up.‬

‭Pulling the Cable 拉線檢查作業‬

‭Please ensure that the twist occurred meets the following standard:‬
‭請確認扭轉發現時，是否符合以下原則，若無，請進行通報。‬

‭ aximum length- allowed degree 長度範圍- 允許扭轉角度‬

‭1m - 90 degree, 2m - 180 degree, 3m- 270 degree, and so forth.‬
‭1米-90度，2米-180 度，3米270度，以此類推。‬

‭Please notify Project Manager & Ezconn / Furukawa if otherwise.‬

‭ ayering 疊放‬

‭Please ensure that the fiber should be stacked in similar figure # and should be‬
‭placed on the strength member.‬

‭請確認光纖疊放時，是否呈現類 # 形狀，並且線與線疊放點於加強芯上。‬

‭ lack 冗線處理‬

‭Please ensure that fiber slack should not be circled more than 1 circle when‬
‭collecting in the manhole and POE Box.‬

‭請確認冗線在人孔及POE箱體進行繞圈收納時，不得超過1 圈。‬

I‭nto the Manhole 進人孔‬

‭Please ensure that the printing of fiber should be on the same side (facing upward‬
‭or facing downward ) when going into the manhole.‬
‭請確認光纖拉近人孔時，字體印刷面是否一致 （向上或是向下）。‬
‭Occassional Event 其他情形‬

‭Flipping Figure U 將U形進行翻面‬

‭ hen flipping 180 degree for Figure U, please make sure to lift up partial of the‬

‭cable and let the cable at the bottom to be pulled into the manhole.‬

‭進行U形翻面時，請務必抬高上層光纖線纜以利下層線纜能拉進人孔。‬

‭Twists for Figure U 針對繞U產生的扭轉‬

I‭f there are twists occurring when figuring U, please make a big circle in 90 degree‬
‭before going into the manhole.‬

‭若在繞U時發現有扭轉情形，請在拉進人孔前繞90度大圈以導正。‬

‭Out of the Manhole 出人孔‬

‭ hen the fiber cable comes out of the manhole with twist, a worker needs to‬

‭immediately twist back the fiber cable to the correct position. This is to prevent the‬
‭fiber cable from twisting by itself.‬

‭ 發現光纖出人孔時有扭轉的情形，請立即指派人員進行手動扭轉導正，避免光纖‬
若
‭線纜因張力自體扭轉。‬
