Poor home, Timminaidu Palem, Thirupati (Urban), Annamaiah Tirupati Dist.,
Andhrapradesh-517507, (Aadhar No.40** 58** 0158), and 2. Smt. Valasala
Venkata Naga Poojitha, W/O: S Satish Kumar, aged about 38 years,
Occupation: House Wife, now residing at F.No: T17 Fortune Icon Apartment,
Sahakar Nagar, VTC: Bangalore Narth, Bangalore Dist., Karnataka-560092,
(Aadhar No.74** 86** 3549) do hereby solemnly affirm that we are children of
Deceased, Late Valasala surya Narayana Rao alias (Valasala surya Narayana)
and Late V Radharani, W/O: Late surya Narayana Rao. hereinafter referred to
as the parties of the Succession Deed.
Recently, our parents have unfortunately passed away, as stated in the death
certificate we have submitted. Due to their passing, we are unable to make any
corrections in the revenue records. However, we assure you that all other KYC and
revenue records we have submitted are accurate and true to the best of our
knowledge. Hence, it is requested that the esteemed Mandal Revenue Office of Kallur
Mandal kindly carry out the requested action, as previously requested before the
respected Mandal Revenue Officer.
