innovation. Named after the reign of Queen Anne of England precisely, 1702-
1714, although the style did not actually develop during her time. This style
represents a departure from the formalities of previous architectural trends.

aesthetic. The style gained popularity and became a favored choice for
residential and commercial buildings in urban and suburban areas. Here are
