MAY IT PLEASE YOUR HONOUR:

The Appellant above-named most respectfully states and submits

as under:

1. That the Accused had filed for surety before the Hon’ble

Trial Court 12/10/2022 for sum fixed total of Rs. 20,000/-

(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only). That annexed herewith

and marked Annexure A-1 is a photocopy of the receipt of

surety furnished.
2. That in the Order passed for Conviction of the Accused the

said surety was continued under section 437A to secure the

presence of the Accused before the Appellate Court.

3. That the Surety, seeks to continue being surety for the

Appellant in the present Appeal before this Hon’ble Court

and therefore in lieu of the above-mentioned facts and

circumstances prays that such surety be continued in the

present Appeal.
