WARRANTY TERMS

Company EURO-PROM Sp. z o.o. gives a warranty for 6 months (for used ones) and 1 year (for new ones) to the most expensive and main parts of
a chiller:

To the compressors
To the condensers
To the evaporators

End customer should change filters, oil and fill freon in used ones.
The specialists of company EURO-PROM Sp. z o.o. can make these components replacement before shipment for an additional payment (cost of
materials only, work is free).

We don’t give warranty for:

Expansion valve and other valves

For the operation of sensors and controllers determining the parameters of temperature, pressure, voltage etc

Tightness of refrigerant lines and the connection of copper pipes The existence of refrigerant
The warranty doesn’t extend if there are mechanical damages on the chiller as a result of transportation or unloading on the client's side.

The chiller must be used for its intended purpose according to the manufacturer's instructions.
For the warranty to be valid, the buyer undertakes to carry out commissioning the chiller only through a certified refrigeration equipment
maintenance company and send signed reports to our mail.
In case of a warranty incident occur, Buyer must contact with Seller by email and describe the problem, add photos and video materials (damages,
controller errors, connecting pipes and pumps, storage tanks, etc.)
The warranty repair shall be limited to repair or replacement of the main components and shall not include the cost of labor, travel, accommodation
and/or other expenses.

The maximum amount that Seller pays for repair or replacement will never exceed a half of the invoice value of that specific machine.

Any warranty rights expire or may be suspended by the Seller in cases where the Buyer has not fulfilled their obligations, there are physical
damages to the equipment, or damages resulting from the incorrect usage of the equipment.
