1. Form a group of maximum 3(THREE) students
2. Follow the instructions given in Page 2 .

slide.

Select one electrical application which has electrical wiring to be analyzed. As example, the
handphone battery charger, smoke detector as being demonstrated during class.

i) Present the mechanical outlook of the circuit board. Label all components as shown
in Figure 1.
ii) Sketch the schematic diagram which consists of the component symbols. Explain the
function of each component in the schematic diagram. As shown in Figure 2

iii) Present how the entire circuit works starts from the current entering the equipment
until the perform the task that is being designed for.
