Insufficient litter error PuraMax

Just got ours today. Set it up and immediately there is an
issue that no matter how much litter we put in it says it needs
more.

We also cannot connect to the device in the app.

Eventually the screen shows a warning triangle, it seems to

be a sort of Screensaver because it goes away if you press a
button.

Edit: we were able to connect to the device. Still have an

insufficient litter error.

Just got ours today and can’t get it connected to the

app. We are getting an error message and I’m getting so
frustrated! There doesn’t seem to be any support online
to fix it. Any ideas?

Try connecting with Bluetooth and with wifi. My wife

was only able to connect via Bluetooth because my
network was having issues reaching the box.
