Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

- 225g unsalted butter

- 200g brown sugar

- 100g white sugar

- 2 large eggs

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 300g all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 300g chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.

3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

4. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the butter mixture.

5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking tray.

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft.

8. Allow to cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
