Hon’ble High Court in CWP No. 10815 of 2016

RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH: -

1. That the Caveators/Respondents are apprehensive that the

Appellant/Non-Caveator may approach this Hon’ble Court against the

judgement dated 08.12.2023 passed by the Ld. Single Judge of this Hon’ble

Court in CWP No. 10815 of 2016.

2. That the Caveators/Respondents have an apprehension that the

Appellant/Non-Caveator may approach this Hon’ble Court by way of Letters

Patent Appeal against the aforesaid judgement and also pray for stay of the

operation of the said judgement. In such a situation, the

Caveators/Respondents pray that they may kindly be heard before the grant of

any ad-interim order in favour of the Appellant/Non-Caveator.

It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present caveat application
