Proposal & Scope

Objective

The primary objective of this proposal is to propel enrollment at MQ Learning by showcasing the

transformative power of our programs. Through social media engagement, targeted email

marketing, and strategic advertising, we'll amplify our message of self-discovery and goal clarity.

We'll attract individuals and organizations seeking humanistic skill development, ultimately

driving growth and empowering them to live more fulfilling lives.

Scope

● Establishing online presence: Aligning social platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube

videos & shorts) and securing our visual branding.

● Content Development & Strategy

○ Identifying and developing content strategy and ideas to market our business.

○ Strategizing & producing relevant content buckets to create efficient consumer


funnels.
○ Content strategy and planning for the calendar (content buckets), creation of

15-20 content pieces.

● Targeted Online Advertising

○ Utilizing platforms like Meta ads & Google Ads to reach our ideal client profile.

○ Tracking & targeting by keywords, location, demographics, interests &

consumers searching for competitors in our industry.


MQ Learning - Proposal

● Email Marketing

○ Utilizing online databases for leads & assigning them to our email campaigns.

Tracking open rates, reply rates & bounce rates. Ability to send 500 - 1000

emails a day to potential prospects.

○ SPF & DMARC authentication for our emailing domains.

○ Use subscriber names and tailor content based on their interests and pain points

for a more engaging experience.

● Collaboration and Communication:

○ Regular meetings and communication with the client to discuss progress, results,

and strategy adjustments.

○ Collaboration with other personnel such as design teams, developers, etc., if

needed.

To be noted - Ad spends, shoot costs, and any external expenditure will be allocated and dispersed by

the client with the advice of the agency.
