1. Aged Balances
Navigation: Go to Credit and collections Module> Collections > Aged balances.

 This Form will show Aged balances of Customers.

In the list, find and select the desired record.

 This will show the Details of customer like,


o Voucher.
o Invoice.
o Date.
o Currency.

On the Action Pane, click on "Collect".

Click on "Statement" to open the drop dialog.


Click on "OK".

An Excel File will be downloaded. Which consists of 3 Sheets.

 Aging Balance of a Customer.


 Detailed transactions of a customer.
 Transactions in the EUR.

Close the page.


2. Write Off

Credit and collections>Collections> aged balances >

Select Customer whose invoice needs writing off

on the action pane Collect - Under Journals - Click on "Write off".

Click to follow the link in the Reason code field.

 This Form will show the Reasons with Respective to Codes.

Close the page.

In the Reason code field, enter or select a value and Click on "Ok".
 A message will appear on top saying that a new Journal Created & ready to be posted.

Close the page.

2.1 Write-Off Journals.

Navigation: Credit and collections Module > Inquiries and reports > Write-off journals.

In the list, find and select the desired record.


Click on "Attachments".

 User can Attach Document.

Close the page.

Click on "Post" and Click on "Voucher".

 This Form will show the list of Posted Journals.


Close the page.

3. Collection Letter
Navigation: Credit and collections Module > Collections > Aged balances.

In the list, find and select the desired record.

On the Action Pane, click Collect.

Click on "New collection letters".

In the Collection letter date field, enter a date.

Click on "Ok" and On the Action Pane, click Communicate.

Click on "Print/Post letters".


Click on "Print".

Click on "Collection letter note".

Click on "OK".

Close the page.


Click on "Post" and On the Action Pane, click Collect.

Click on "Statistics" to open the drop dialog.

Click on "Open statistics".

 This Form will show the Monthly Statistics of the Customer.


 By Clicking on Export all Rows whole list will be exported in to Excel Sheet.

Close the page.

4. Reports
4.1 Customer Aging Report.

Navigation: Credit and collections Module > Inquiries and reports > Customers > Customer aging report.

Click to follow the link in the Aging period definition field.


 This form will show the Aging Period Definition.

Close the page.

Click on "OK".

Close the page.

Enable Detail Field for Detail Aging report of the Customer.


Click on "OK".

Close the page.

4.2 Customer Balance List Report.


Navigation: Credit and collections Module > Inquiries and reports > Customers > Customer balance list
report.

Fill in all the mandatory fields required like from date, Report period start date and to date.

Expand the Records to include section.

Click on "Filter" and fill in the Criteria field.

Click on "OK".

Click on "OK".
Close the page.

4.3 Customer Account Statement.

Navigation: Credit and collections Module > Inquiries and reports > Customers > Customer account
statement.

Fill in all the mandatory fields required like From date and To date.

 This Form not only shows Customer Account Statement, It can show Aging Balance of the customer
as well.

Select Yes in the Show maturity distribution field.

Fill In the Aging period definition field.

Expand the Records to include section.

Click on "Filter" and fill in the Criteria field.


Click on "OK".

Click on "OK".

Close the page.
